Well, its been a crazy busy week. I have been feeling a little tired and run-down lately but I still managed to get to the gym 3 times this week so far. Last night, was my much needed break, from doing anything! I am trying to avoid getting sick so I have been taking my vitamins and extra vitamin C, drinking lots of water, trying to get some exercise in and trying to get a good night's sleep.
This week I tried something new. I went to a Zumba class with a friend. It was really fun. If you don't know what that is, it's basically dancing and moving around to get exercise. I know I looked like a total idiot because I can't dance and have about zero coordination, but it was still fun. There are two more classes in this session which they said I could just go to for free and then I can join the next session, so I think I am going to do it. In the new session they will start out slower with the steps so maybe I can learn them and not look like such an idiot! It's such a nice change from always doing the elliptical or treadmill. I will still try do this on the other days I don't have zumba though. You don't really feel like your exercising... you're just having fun.
Also, just in time for the winter weather we put new tires on my car. I was dreading spending the money, but it needed done and I can really tell a difference. I am glad that we did it. I feel alot better about driving on the roads when they snowy and icy. They are kind of pretty too! Never thought I would think that about tires!
This weekend will be kinda busy. Not going anywhere, but we have 2 Christmas parties to go to on Saturday. First, is Chris' unit's party which is lunch at Chicken Mary's. If you haven't been to SEK then you have no idea what you're missing. Then, that night we go to my work's party. It's at a new restaurant, but it's by the same people that used to run a really good restaurant called Bricktown so it will be basically the same menu. 2 FREE meals and no cooking for me! Chris also has drill this weekend so I am just going to take is easy and catch up on laundry. Fun! Not really, but it will be nice to relax this weekend and sleep in.

I love workouts like that. You get so much exercise and you are just having fun. Keep it up.
