Wow, this week is going fast. It started off pretty bad, but it's getting better. I don't know if I blogged about this earlier or not, but basically we will be doing some home improvement this weekend.
A few weeks ago I noticed that part of one of the wall in our living room felt and looked a little weird. It was kind of soft when pressed on and almost looked a little bubbled out in spots. Anyway, earlier this week I went to get my pilates mat out and it was stuck to the paint on the wall and when I pulled it came off with a little of the sheet rock. Underneath it is almost liks a layer of dust, it just scrapes off AND there are lines running through it like veins. This is the same corner that we were told had a little termite damage. Apparently they didnt' fix the sheetrock though. They said it had been treated though and the termites were gone but it was awhile ago so we treated again after we moved in. I am so worried though about what we might find behind the wall. The damage in the sheetrock does not go all the way through, and is about 1/3 of the wall, so maybe that is good. ?? We were supposed to go to El Dorado this weekend, but we figured we better get this fixed sooner rather than later. At least the couch covers the ugly spot that came off for now.
