It must be that I'm getting old. For the past month, at least, my lower back has been hurting on and off. This last weekend it was pretty bad and still hurts today. I've been trying to think what I could have done to it? Have I been sleeping different lately? Or the way I sit at work? I did these back exercises last week but I dont' think it's that because I haven't done those exercises for a least a month before last week and my back has been hurting longer than that. I can't even bend over all the way without it shooting pain through my back. Or if I'm sitting and roll my head down I can feel the muscles tighten and pull clear down. I plan on going to the gym tonight, so maybe that will losen everything up. Then, I'm gettting the heating pad out. Hopefully it will fee better soon and not be a permanent thing.
Other signs of aging:
my eye sight is getting worse all the time
my hands/fingers sometimes feel stiff, esp. in the morning
the frequent pops and cracks in different joints
I am pretty sure most of these things can be attributed to working on a computer all day long. But, what am I to do...I have to work. Guess I'll have to learn to live with it like every one else eventually does. :P

Oh my... I thought I was the only one! Glad to know that someone else out there has the same aches and pains on a daily basis. You need to go see my chiropractor up there Dr. Jennifer Smith with Activre Chiropractic. She is across from Applebees on Broadway. She is amazing and she takes insurance! She helped me a lot and I know she will help you. Tell her that I sent you, haha. Also, don't use a heating pad, use ice. She will tell you that too. Good luck, I completely feel your pain. If it's not my neck, its my lower back and if it's not my lower back, it's my middle back. Plus all the popping and cracking of my arms and knees. It is embarrassing. But, you will LOVE Dr. Smith... she is GREAT!!!!
I'll have to see what my insurance will cover if this doesn't go away soon.
I have noticed a lot more cracks and pains when I get up in the morning too. ;)
and forget staying out all night drinking. ha ha
