I finally feel recovered from big weekend. World's of Fun was great, but it was hot. Then we grilled hamburgers and hotdogs for dinner. Bill and Carrie and their kids stayed the night Saturday so we could leave early for the game. We got to the stadium parking lot about 10 and grilled again. By the time we got into the stadium around noon I was getting pretty hot. I think all the sun and fun was catching up to me. I tried to stay in the shade and drink water for awhile. I started feeling better for awhile. But, by the 5th inning I was DONE! I'd had all the sun and heat I could handle for awhile. It was after 3 by then so we left to get back to Chris' mom's so we could get packed and get on the road anyway. I was still pretty tired yesterday even after going to bed early. It was all fun, but I think it was alot crammed into one weekend so I didn't get to enjoy it as much.
Anyway, now it's on to a new week with no big plans for awhile...the 4th, which isn't really too far way. I am ready for the 4th though!
