Lazy Weekend/Rearranging

Well, I haven't been up to much lately. We had a nice, long, relaxing weekend. Got some cleaning and laundry done and took some naps. The weather was pretty cold and crappy so it was nice to just stay in. Chris went up to Topeka on Monday to get some uniform stuff done and see Bill, his best friend. He is on is way home now. I spent last night rearranging the guest room, actually taking down the air mattress and then rearranging. We decided that while people are not actually staying at our house there is no point in having the bed taking up so much room (the bedrooms, besides ours, are pretty small). I hated going in that room, where my desk and office stuff is, because it was so cramped. Dont' worry we still have 2 queen size air mattresses and plenty of room for people to come visit. We just don't need it up all the time. So I got the bed and bedding all put away and then brought in my little file cabinet and moved some things around. Its much more open and feels so much better to be in there. I still would like to get some pictures or something hung in there because the walls are kind of bare. We have some of our stuff from our honeymoon that we bought and some other things with that tropical, islandy feel. I would like to print some of the pictures from Mexico off and frame those to put in there. We already have the walls painted a blueish green color, which I didn't like with the bedding, but now that its gone I am liking it alot more with all the tropical decor we have. So, hopefully this room will get some more use now!
