Busy Weekend!

This weekend was busy but alot of fun. Saturday morning we went over to Alex and Colby's for biscuits and gravy and played with Hannah and Lily, their daughters who are 3 and 2. For those who don't know, Hannah absolutley loves Chris and he loves to teach her funny things to say and do. Lily is a little more shy. The latest thing Chris taught her about was "junk in the trunk" Friday night and then at breakfast the next day she told her grandma on the phone she had junk in her trunk! It was so funny! Good thing her grandma has a sense of humor! I can just see her saying that sometime at the store with her mom.
Later that day Alex and I went and did a little shopping. Then I went out that night for my friend Rachael's birthday. We ate at Del Rio and then went to 311, a bar. I went home pretty early because I knew Sunday would be a big day too. Did my weekly Walmart run early and made all the snacks for the super bowl party. Then I had another little party thing to go to Sunday afternoon.
Finally got back home about an hour before the game and we had Chris' dad, his cousin, and some friends come over for the game. It was alot of fun and we had so much food. Poor Marley, I think we gave him too many treats too. Chris' dad made some Ruebens for everyone and they were awesome. It was a good game and I enjoyed the commercials too! Then, my favorite show in the world, House, was on after the game so I had to stay up and watch that. After that I finally went to sleep. Whew, what a busy weekend but it was really fun.
