Just kidding. I'm not really excited about it. It means Chris will be gone most of the weekend. He will be home at night but that's about it. So guess I have the weekend to myself. I am going to see some friends tonight, probably at Chatters. (Chatter's is a restaurant/bar a few blocks from my house. They have awesome food!!) Tomorrow I am heading over to Joplin to do some shopping!! That I am excited about. Sunday morning is the weekly walmart run! NOT excited for that, but someone has to do it. LOL. Sunday afternoon is the FRG (Family Readiness Group) meeting. Its a group for all the wives, girlfriends, friends and family of the soldiers in the unit. I said (or Chris volunteered me) that I would kind of "lead" Chris' unit's FRG. So this is the first meeting in a long time and its kind of in a rebuilding period. This meeting is just trying to get people to come and get everyone's information and talk about what we want the group to be.
So that's what I will be up to this weekend.

I think that's great. It will help you make new friends among the other military families and feel more connected to it all. Should be fun!
That sounds cool. It's awesome that you are heading that up. It is probably very helpful--especially for the people who are new to the area.
And boy did we have a kick-ass time at Chatters! Hmmmm....Brushetta! :)
