Why do I even try?

So much for my doing nothin on Sunday. I got up and worked out. I had the gym all to myself which was nice. I came home and got cleaned up. I had decided to take Chris' xbox 360 to Best Buy in hopes of getting a new one sooner. Chris said to call them first to make sure I could take it there. So, I called and they said, yeah bring it on in. I asked if they needed all the cords and stuff. The guy said usually not. So, I loaded up the xbox and headed over to Joplin. I stood in line and waited and waited. Finally, it was my turn. I told the girl we had the red ring of death and had my receipt out. I thought I was good. She got on the intercom and paged someone. Great, more waiting, but at least someone was coming. After a few minutes a guy showed up and took the xbox talked to some of the geek squad guys and then came back over to me. He said they needed the power cords, the controller that came with the xbox and the stupid game they put in the box. I could have screamed. I'm surpised steam wasn't coming out of my ears. Why the hell had I even called them in the first place. Somehow, I kept my composure and didn't scream at the guy, I probably hadn't even talked to him. I just said, well, I live in Pittsburg so I'll have to get all that and come back. I was so mad, but so that I didn't waste a trip to Joplin I went to the mall. (Okay that was on the list anyway, but now I really needed some shopping therapy.) I found some really good sales on some shorts at JCP and then got some at Old Navy too. I really needed some more shorts. At least something went right. Oh, and I saved 14 cents on gas in Joplin. :) But I still am pissed at the stupid guy at Best Buy!
