Boxing Update

Yes, I am sore...still. I was exhausted afterwards. It is a total body workout not just your arms. Your feet are constantly moving and your using your abs too. WOW! It was pretty fun, but I kind of felt retarded at first. I'm sure if I keep doing it, it will feel more comfortable and I won't feel like such a dork. First I learned the stance and how I am supposed to hit, I'm not very good at it. Then we put on the gloves and did a circuit: 3 mintues on each bag/ball. Just putting on the gloves makes you feel like your a baddass or something...LOL. But, it is WAY harder than it looks. Lots of hand eye coordination. Then we jumped rope. Haven't done that since high school probably. As exhausted as I was though, it was really fun and I hope I get to go again! I'm pretty sure it the best workout ever.
