Just Checkin' In

I am still here. I just thought I better post something so you all don't think I am gone. I haven't really had much to say the past week. I have been taking it easy after all the stuff we've been doing. Besides, it is too damn hot outside to do much but run from the car to work to the car and to the house. I started reading another book on Wednesday after work and finished it last night. I feel like the summer has finally slowed down and this is the first time I've been able to just stop and breath for a minute.
This weekend is going to be more of the same....I hope. Chris has a friend coming to town so that will probably give me some time to myself. I will probably hang out with them a little but the boys need their bonding time too. I might start another book. Also we need to pick up the house, its getting way too messy for me. Chris is planning on taking his xbox (and all the stuff that came with it) back to Best Buy tomorrow. We'll see if it actually works out this time. So I will probably be hiding inside from the heat this weekend...unless I decide to fill our kiddie pool back up. There's an idea...
Oh, I guess I do have some news...my cousin's wife had their baby! Its a girl: Kyle Elise Haskins. They waited to find out or at least that's what they told everyone. Since this is their 3rd one and probably last I think everyone is starting to look at us next. We'll see...
