I think Spring is coming!!

Not much going on here this week. Work is starting to pick up so I worked a little extra on Monday. Yesterday, Stacy and I went to Chatters since our husbands were out of town. I had a new sandwich there, which was really pretty good. Its just their version of a chicken salad sandwich, but they put pineapple in it. I wasn't too sure about it, but it was actually good. I think I found another new favorite at Chatters. We also had some yummy bruschetta bread too :).
Then I went home and did laundry and watched American Idol. I like it alot better after the top 12. I can't watch 2 hours of it a night, like last week, I just don't have the time. And the performances get alot better, or some of them do.

Today I ordered a new cell phone! I am excited about it. Chris has one coming too. We both were eligible for upgrades and both phones will be free, except for the $18 fee for upgrading, per phone. We've had these phones for over 2 years now so it was time. This is my new phone:

Also, I only have 1 more day of work this week and then a 4 day weekend!!! YIPEEE!! Chris and I are going to Topeka for a long weekend with see some friends and hang out. Since Chris has some Irish he celebrates St. Patty's Day like its Christmas or something! Haha! The only bad thing is that Marley isn't going :( I feel bad leaving him at the Vet's but I will be much more relaxed and able to have fun if I don't have to worry about him. I know he is in good hands there and its only a few days. I have to keep telling myself this. Anyway, Chris will be back home tonight and I'm hoping to take advantage of the beautiful weather today and grill some chicken or burgers tonight. Yum!

Well, that's it for now! Go out and enjoy this wonderful day because tomorrow is supposed to rain.

See, if you would just try things new more often... I KNEW you would like it! Remember when we used to eat cottage cheese with croutons and italian dressing, and a cup of pineapple and an ice cream cone and call it a well-balanced lunch! haha. Oh the dorms... how I still love the cups I stole from there :)
