7 Pounds!

No, not the movie...Jackson. He is 7 pounds already. Maybe I had too many Quarter Pounders the last 9 months! I haven't really gained that much weight though, only about 25 pounds. "Average" for 36 weeks is about 6 pounds so he is a little big. Dr. said he is in the 85th percent. My fluid levels were normal, but a little on the low end of normal, which means all baby in there. Hopefully, he won't gain much more than another pound in the next couple weeks to month, that is my hope, nothing the Dr. said. Chris was 8.5 pounds so looks like he is already taking after his daddy. Chris was short though in length. I have no idea how long Jackson is, so I don't really know if he is just big or long or both. He is head down which is good. I kind of thought he was. Don't really know if he has dropped any yet or not. He kept opening his mouth and he was practicing breathing. The technician showed us his little chest moving up and down. He was pretty active and didn't want to cooperate at first, like usual.

I have made some pretty good progress on making food. I now have lasagna, tater tot casserole, 2 meatloaves, chicken quesadillas and blueberry muffins. I think this weekend/next week I will make some taco meat and maybe hamburgers to finish up the 2lbs I still have left. Then, maybe some banana bread and some pancakes. We will be stocked up for months, haha. I also got the freezer rearranged and cleaned out. It wasn't too bad and only took about 15 mintues. It just needed organzied mostly. I had nothing else to do while Chris was gone last week, but he is home now. This weekend I hope to wash some of the clothes and stuff too. No big plans really for the weekend, maybe go see a movie. That is about all for now!
