Bargain Shopper

Well, I got half my plans for the weekend accomplished. I found a dress :), but didn't get the Man Cave cleaned out yet. :( I am really surprised and impressed at how well I did finding a dress. I went to JCP first and tried on a dress that I really liked, but since it was only the first one I put it on hold and kept looking. I went to Macy's then, and saw a really pretty blue, shimmery dress. I decided to try it on. I saw that it was marked at $96 and thought well that's cheaper than the other one. Then, I noticed it said $57 below that. I went back to the rack to double check and yep, it was 50% off!!! I was excited at this and decided to get it. Well, that's not the end....I get up there to pay and of course they ask if I want to save 20% and open a credit account. I usually don't ever do this and I wasn't going to...I mean$57 was already way cheaper than I thought I'd ever find anyway, but the sales lady said that I would also get $100 gift card! So, I figured what the hell, if I get 20% off and $100 more to spend later that would be worth opening the credit account. I can always close it later. So, I got a $96 dress for $38, plus another $100 coming hopefully!! I will post a picture later. It is similar in style to #3, which seemed to be the favorite, but it is a little longer, but not to me feet. Also, I tried on some shoes at Macy's but they didn't fit very well. But, at Walmart, on Sunday, I found alsmost the exact same shoes for $9!! I can't believe how good I am doing so far.
