
I know many people out there are dieting or at least trying to eat better. I thought I would share one my favorite snacks and it's pretty healthy too. Kettle Corn. Ever since I tried it I can't go back to regular butter flavored popcorn. I eat a bag just about every day or every other day lately. Even if you don't like kettle corn, regular popcorn can be a healthy snack. One whole regular size bag is only 120 calories! That's alot of popcorn. If you want a snack that you can have more than 3 bites of, popcorn is perfect. You feel like you are eating so much without getting alot of calories. They even have the 100 calorie mini bags which are great. Just check the prices b/c sometimes these are more expensive when the regular size bags only have 20 more calories for a cheaper price, esp for a generic brand. Just thought I'd share! You know you want some popcorn now!

I know this is a great snack, and yet I always forget about it. Thanks for the reminder. I love kettle corn!
