Yay, the weekend is here! Almost... Just 9 hours to go. Can you tell I'm ready?
I think it's going to be a busy weekend. Chris' mom is coming to town Saturday so that should be fun too. Then, Saturday night I am going to watch fireworks with Stacy and then go out for a little while with her since this is her last weekend in town :( In between all that, I am going to paint the shutters and try to get the rest of the screen fixed. We started them last year and I haven't finished yet. Oops. Also, I am going to clean out my closet. It's that time again. Too much stuff that I don't wear anymore.
Chris has a funeral today for honor guard. When I got home last night from work our kitchen had been turned into a cleaners. He had some of the other honor guard people over and they were all working on getting there uniforms pressed and steamed to perfection and sewing on patches. It took them forever! Everything has to be perfect. But Chris has his new blue uniform. I can't wait to see him in it. They are much better than the green ones. I will have to post a picture if I can get one!
We also had to get a new garbage disposal. It wasn't too bad though, because got the home warranty thing when we bought our house and all we had to pay was $50! We recently renewed it for another year, but we are still on last year's contract which the sellers paid for so it would have been taken care of regardless. It is so much quieter than the old one and the new drain is so shiny and pretty. I know, a drain pretty?? That sounds ridiculous. LOL.
