Time has been going so fast lately. The time I have avoided thinking about the last year is now here...deployment. I was hoping it would get cancelled, but guess that is not going to happen. If you want details email or call me b/c I can't post that info here.
We had our first trip to the ER, nothing too serious, just a ear and throat infection. He started spitting up ALOT last week and was just fussier than normal, which normally he is not really fussy unless he is hungry. After about 2 days of this I called the Dr. because I figured something was up, since he does not normally act like that or spit up that much. Well, of course it was almost 5:00 p.m. on a Friday night, so the Dr. said go to the ER just to be sure. So, after 2 hours we got semi-good news, probably just an infection (not so good), not the other thing that would require surgery (good news) and a prescription for the pink medicine.
Other than that, I have just been trying to get everything ready for Christmas and get the house organized again. We got rid of some stuff that was piling up in our utility room and some stuff put up in the attic. I got the Christmas cards sent out and bought Jackson's Christmas outfit ordered today. Can't wait to get it. There will be a photo session later and a trip to see Santa soon! I also ordered some wallet pictures to give out and a large family photo to hang up. With Chris out of the house for awhile I have also got started on my organizing. I gathered all of our CD's and putting them back into our cd cases (we have way too many), getting laundry caught up and put away and other random stuff put away. Trying to keep busy and get stuff done now so I can spend my time later doing more fun stuff like scrapbooking and playing with Jackson!
