Part-Time

It's been awhile since I posted. Things have been busy. Last week Jackson and I went to El Dorado for a few days because Chris was in Salina for drill all week. Jackson got to meet some more family and friends. This week I started back at work part-time. I am working 12-5 everyday. It's going pretty good so far. I am so glad that I get to do this for awhile. It is helping me get a little more sleep and spend more time with Jackson too. We are super slow at work so I would be going crazy spending 8hours away from him right now. For now, Chris' aunt is watching him during the day and she loves it.
Jackson is almost officially 2 mos now! Wow! He is about to start wearing 3-6 mos. clothes, at least on top. The pants still seem too big, but I'm sure that won't last long. We go for his check-up next Tuesday, so I will be posting his new stats and be looking for some 2 mo. photos soon too! He is sleeping a little more at night now, about 4 or 5 hours the first part of the night then he wakes up about 2 or 3 to eat and right back to sleep for a couple more hours, then up to eat again and back to sleep for a little longer. He has been sleeping in his crib since about 3 weeks and now I am going to start trying to put him down while he is still kind of awake so he learns to fall asleep on his own. Last night I did and he did fine! Hopefully we won't have to go through those sleep issues later on or as bad if we start now. Most of the time he is such a good baby that I am waiting for everything to go to hell. LOL. Hopefully that doesn't happen though. The only thing he gets really mad about is when he is hungry and doesn't get a bottle right away. He is smiling alot, "talking" and pushing himself up off the ground and holding his head up really good too. That's it for now, don't forget to check back next week for pics and how the dr. apt. goes!
